This is the second time I have used Extreme Auto Body. Both times my trucks came out looking brand new. Excellent communication from their office staff, even over the busy holiday season. 10/10 ⭐. Hope to not need their services again. However, if I do... I'll visit this place again and again.

THE BODY WORK DONE BY THIS SHOP IS VERY GOOD. THE COMPANY WHERE MY CAR WAS SENT FOR MECHANICAL WORK WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST !!! NO OIL, NO ANTIFREEZE AND NO TRANSMISSION FLUID. ANOTHER GENTLEMAN HAD TO PIT A QUART OF OIL AND BY THE TIME SHE WAS OFF WORK, WE HAD TO PUT MORE. THEY LET THIS CAR GO WITH THE OWNER TWICE AND NOW IT HAS BEEN ANOTHER TWO WEEKS FOR A TOTAL OF 11 WEEKS IN AND OUT. WE COULD NOT GET A RENTAL AGAIN BECAUSE THEY KEPT IT TOO LONG THE FIRST TIME. I DON'T KNOW WHERE THEY SENT THIS CAR FOR THE MECHANIC WORK, BUT I HOPE THEY STOP USING THAT FACILITY. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEIR AUTOMOBILE THIS LONG. ALL BECAUSE OF THIEVES IN THE TOWN STEALING AND WRECKING CARS !!!

DO NOT ACCEPT A RETURN PHONE CALL. IT WILL NOT COME. YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL OVER AND OVER TO BE TOLD YOUR CAR IS BEING WORKED ON, THE OWNER TOLD ME SEVERAL TIMES WHAT WAS BEING DONE AND GAVE ME DATES THE CAR WOULD BE READY BUT IT WASN'T GIVEN TO US. SO WE KEPT CALLING FOR AN ESTIMATED TIME THAT IT WOULD BE FINISHED. IT'S A SHAME THAT THEY HAVE THEIR CARS SENT OUT FOR MECHANICAL WORK BECAUSE THE CAR STILL IS IN THE SHOP .
