I love my experience with Extreme Twist! Everything was so easy from the time of scheduling to drop off and pick up. The part for my car had to be ordered so that made it go longer but they finished earlier than expected after receiving the part and were very professional and communicative along the way. I loved that the waiting area was comfortable and inviting and everyone was so nice! I appreciate them cleaning my car so well. I didn’t know they do that but it’s definitely a nice touch. I will recommend Extreme Twist to everyone I know and will use them for any future needs. Thank you!

I was never updated on my car. It was there for 3 weeks. I never got one call from them. Then when I picked it up after I called to check on it all my belongings were stolen from my trunk. They promised to replace them but so far they have not called me. I will not go back to that place.
