The old tire and rim were left in my car and the spare was taken out but not put back. The car stinks of rubber from the old tires being left in the car. The manager did call to fix their mistake, offering to pick up tire and rim. Otherwise, the work on the car was great.

The tire is still losing air daily. I am bringing it in today for the issue to be resolved. The body work was outstanding and it would be a ten if not for the ongoing tire issue

Again, it would be 10 if not for the tire issue as well as the misunderstanding of releasing the car before the damage tire was removed from back seat and damaged rim. These issues were resolved with good customer support but the new tire is an ongoing issue

My whole experience was wonderful ! It felt effortless and the whole process from start to finish was seamless… I am really happy with my car and was amazed that they detailed it as well !
