I feel there was a lack of communication regarding my repairs . I needed the ac fixed. Told them at drop off, when I picked up the car they never even told me they didn’t fix it or that my insurance company said they would not pay for it. This could have been easily fixed with a simple phone call. Other than that good job on the car just unfortunate I had to drive all the way there from Haverhill to done our it wasn’t fixed and then drive all the way back the next day. Rental was great

This autobody experience blows away any other I've dealt with in the past. I will definitely use your services again and will surely recommend to others. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was even shocked to have received my entire car super clean.

some assholes stole my 200 dollars sun glasses and they even had the capacity to make a mess in my truck and open a box of coke that I had on it and drink half of the cans. jesus, at least take the whole box . someone will be held responsible for these glasses

My car key was returned to me broken and all taped up. I could barely use the key in the ignition to turn the car on/off. The key is no longer usable because of the extent that it is broken and I am extremely frustrated with this incident.

I had cosmetic damage on my front bumper repaired through EZ Auto Body and was delighted to pick up my car looking brand new when it was done being worked on. Not only was my bumper beautifully repaired, my entire vehicle had been washed and detailed, even my rims! My vehicle even smelled lovely inside and felt brand new inside and out. It made my day seeing how well EZ Auto Body was to my car. A huge thanks to their team!
