I walk in and all the associates simply look at me. When I ask for help a guy says someone will be with me shortly and everyone continues to avoid me making it feel awkward. Finally someone ask what I needed and after I say collision center he points in me a general direction and not very welcoming. Chris from the collision center is the only saving grace as he was a great help and ensured I knew what was going on.
