First of all, you guys absolutely killed it, my Tesla came in quite messed up but Chris from beginning to end was extremely helpful and the consistent updates to the extremely fast turnaround rate was great. The paint was matched very well with the factory paint they were honest with me with any concerns I had. If I had to recommend someone to a body shop, it would be here.. worth the 3 hour drive.

Lots of issues, email sent. Pics and videos of issues sent. Please let us know what you are going to do to make this right. We went with you because you are telsa certified however this does not look anywhere close to standards of telsa.

I don't know how much Melana Landis is being paid but I do know it is not enough. We always felt welcomed by her. She took the extra time it needed to explain the repair and insurance processes to us. As soon as we walked into the front door, we knew it was a professionally run business.
