There’s just not a lot of communication between the body shop and the people at the desk for the girls to even know you know what’s going on. When I try to drop my car off and get the rental car, some big guy that was there to pick up a vehicle or drop something off a big guy with a truck. He was blocking the entire driveway to get out and we tried to ask the girl to see if he would let us out and he got mad that we asked, and the girl didn’t know what to do or who to ask or anything, and it took a minute for her to even collect yourself.

I took my car in and WYATT BRAY schedule my repair he told me it would take four days, so I got my rental car for four days. I called on the fourth day and ask if it was ready for pick up Wyatt told me no he told me the first day does not count so I called enterprise to extend my rental car, so then they called me on the fourth day and said the car was ready for pick up. I have been buying cars from Bergstrom for 40 years. Not sure I could recommend the body shop.
