I still have a very loud noise that still exists after the accident. At first, it was thought because of the 2 doors being damaged and the wind was getting in the car doors and making the noise. Well, the doors are fixed and still the noise exists. On a return trip, personnel suggested it might be wheel bearings(?) making the noise. I needing to take to mechanic to get it checked out.

The personnel were great and courteous.

First they said the car would be done Friday. Then they said Monday. I finally got the car back end of day Tuesday. The work they performed was good. There was a portion of a paper they wanted me to sign that I was not comfortable with so I refused to sign it. The overall experience I would rate as a 8.5. To 9.0. Thanks.
