There is a problem with the paint on the quarter panel and door and it should not have been delivered in that condition. Needs rework. There are two large circles like the clear coat has been buffed off. When you run your finger across it, the surface feels different.

Even though I knew there would be some delays because of the insurance company, I would not take my vehicle to anyone else other than the Bergstrom on victory lane. Even the other Bergstrom shops were pre-approved by State farm and technically could have been quicker but I wanted someone who has extensive knowledge of the Genesis and I am certainly glad that I stayed with this shop
