The body work was great. My car time on screen is wrong and i didn’t want the lane assist off so when they messed with screen it changed a bunch i didn’t know how to change back.

The quality of the work is very good. The customer experience is lacking in friendliness, problem solving ability and professionalism. John Bergstrom wouldn't have approved of employees eating at the front counter or desks while trying to serve clients.

Poor communication up front, in letting us know when parts were in and then calling us to get the repair scheduled. We needed to initiate both of these calls. Once the car was in the shop, things seemed to go smoothly and quickly.

After having Body Repair work done, getting home I discovered Electric tailgate was not functioning. I was essentially locked out of the truck bed. Had to go back to shop and have them fix problem(Electric plug was not properly seated). While there I showed them a scratch on truck( in area that work was done.) It was not there when I took it in to get the body work done. Body repair Rep couldn't have cared less, and walked away from me.

The reps at the body/tow shop were very good. I think I worked with Tammy most of the time. She is very good. Good amount of communication, is on the ball with updates on parts and repair progress. I wish she worked for my insurance company too because she was good to work with.

The work they did was great, the car looks better than before the accident. The interior was pristine, I was not expecting them to fully wash it etc. The only complaint I would have was how long it took to complete the work and the communication. I kept having to call and find out the status as the rental car company was unaware of any updates etc. But Dale was super nice and again the repairs were great.
