This was not a good experience at all. I was patient and was willing to work through all the issues I encountered during the entire process, (which were many) as long as the end result was good. The end result was not good and I was told that it is as good as it will get and that I can go back to Tesla if I still have a problem with it.

The car i brought in was a new car (warranty work)that only had what I thought were minor issues! The repairs that were done right were well done. However, there are multiple new issues that weren't there before, which I am being told cannot be fixed now. Very unhappy! I was told they cannot do any better job and I should contact Tesla if I am still unhappy

First person I was working with had no communication. I had to contact multiple times after bringing in to get a quote. Didn't receive a quote until more than two weeks later. Then I couldn't get in touch with him again because it turns out he was fired. So I had to start the entire process again with a different person, who was better and more helpful until he wasn't anymore

My cars white interior was dirty where the work was performed. I would expect it to be either covered while the work was performed or be cleaned before we got car back.

Visually they did a good job, however when I received my car back my car battery was dying even though it was perfectly fine before bringing it in? Maybe it was just perfect timing but who knows.
