Vehicle was not completed. 1.side mirror was completely missed 2. Door paint had 2mm x 6mm uneven surface where filler had come off during sanding and had not been inspected before paint. (Remains on car currently) 3. Exterior door window trim was incorrectly aligned twice. (Still not correct) When picked up the first time, your representative did not even know if any QC was done on the car. After showing him all three items he grudgingly agreed to keep the car. He simply left without discussion. Five days later I receive a blunt email “your car is done.” After driving up I notice the mirror has been fixed and both other items incomplete. Unable to discuss the blaring issues with your agent I took the car home dissatisfied. One week later I received an email that my car is ready for pickup. Clearly there is an opportunity to improve customer service and professional auto body work. In my experience both were far from successful especially for a shop of your reported caliber. I hope I am an outlier or your agent had more important tasks at hand.

Quality of repair substandard. Continues to show a significant depression on the damaged area. Rear view mirror damage was not even addressed.

The only reason I can't give a 10 is this. You had the vehicle for a month and not one phone call to update me on the progress. I had to call for any information.

My car was cleaner then when I dropped it off. You did an excellent job on cleaning the inside of my car and making it smell new again. We were very satisfied with the repairs!!
