Really appreciated staying late twice to accommodate my schedule in dropping off and picking up the vehicle. Did not receive any updates unless I called and asked questions, until the vehicle was finished, then I got a phone call.

I never received a call regarding progress etc.@ replaced front head lamp on driver side but not passenger side. Both were scratched. Headlamp brighter on one side & of course looks new where other side is scratched and dull. Repair took two plus weeks longer than quoted

The work you guys did was great but you left some parts in my backseat also the emergency brake nob was stuck when previously it wasn’t. I also had work done a couple months prior and after my lightbulbs was dimmer and one of the windshield wipers were wiping off the glass but due to me living out of state I wasn’t able to call and resolve the issue.

I used the other person’s insurance. When I picked up my vehicle I was told there was not an invoice or itemized statement of service. Had to go back later to speak with another rep to get a detailed statement. Overall I was very pleased.
