I worked mainly with Arabella and she was fantastic. She kept me informed throughout the whole process and never seemed frustrated by my many questions. Manuel was also really great about keeping me informed. Overall I had a great experience. In my opinion, customer services is what distinguishes one company from another and the people at factory finish definitely delivered exceptional customer service.

There were a few scratches that I asked be buffed out that weâre not part of the damage and it was not done. I just thought since my car was there those little scratches could be fixed and I would just pay out of pocket. But, it wasnât done.

The initial time frame was 10 days and although it took 26 days for me to get my car back it was well worth it excellent job left my car looking brand spanking new thanks for all the hard work and efforts to guarantee perfection
