Mike and Joan were phenomenal! They went above and beyond in providing excellent care.They regularly kept me abreast of the repair process. I was so impressed with the level of excellence and , professionalism I requested Mike's business cards to give to those I know. I also plannedto return and have them do additional painting work on my vehicle. I suggested you have other in your group take pointers from tthis shop and recommend that you compensate and reward this level of service. Was so good I asked Mike for a stack of business cards to share with others. It's not often that you get that type of service anymore, so when I do I like to let my friends and families know about it.

Thoroughly impressed with Mike and Joan at the car*shop in Fairborn Ohio. Could not be more pleased with the excellent work that they did, matter fact I brought my vehicle back for them to replace my front bumper. Also looking at having them paint the other side of my vehicle their work was so good !
