Initially, I wasn’t comfortable with having my Honda painted at CarStar because I’ve never had to do this type of repair before. After speaking with CarStar representatives, I sensed the professionalism , experience and knowledge of the staff. Having a few concerns about the projected repair completion date was put at ease when I received a call on the date my Honda was promised. The paint job looks PERFECT. Yes, I would recommend CarStar today!!

In our case, insurance covered the cost of the repair. If that were not the case, it would be a hardship to most people to see a $13,000 increase in the actual cost of the repair from the initial estimate.

The receptionist was very helpful. The staff was friendly. We are scratching our head at both the length of time to start the repair/complete the work and how the cost went from an original estimate of approx. $4700 to a final cost over $18,000.

This is my second repair through Fairborn CARSTAR. When I had to get my vehicle fixed I had no doubt who I would go to for repairs. I immediately called them up and it was a great experience all around. My car looks better than when I bought it, they put so much care and detail to making it look like it just rolled out of the plant.
