Fairborn Carstar is a 10 out of 10!! They are friendly and helpful when you take your vehicle in, keep you informed of progress, answer all questions, and over your vehicle (which they meticulously clean) when you pick it up. This is my second car I've taken 5hrre, with two excellent experiences. GOOD JOB CARSTAR of fairborn!!

Carstar was excellent from the time I walked in the door untill I picked up my vehicle. They explained the process initially and ensured I was notified at every stage of the repair process.
