I was absolutely and completely satisfied with my experience with Carstar Fairborn from the moment I checked reviews prior to visiting for my estimate to the moment I drove away with my repaired Subaru Outback. Can't say enough about the friendly greeting when I arrived for the estimate and the professionalism of all personal who I had contact with. Everything was explained as to the procedure and I was completely informed of all repairs and any delays due to parts on back order. The repaired part of the car looked brand new and there is no way I could tell that anything had been done. All shiny and new. They work with the insurance company and i had no issues with that. I have two Subaru car's and I hope I never have to have a repair done again, but I wound not hesitant to bring my vehicle back to Fairborn Carstar for any needed body work. In writing reviews, I try to find area's for improvement, but honestly you all were great. Keep up what your doing. You have a good thing going. Wish you the best on your future. Charles Kulhanek
