This was the first accident I have been involved in. I was nervous about the repairs and dealing with insurance companies. I am very pleased with the results. The people involved in my claim and repairs were very professional. The communication, phone calls, emails and texts were very reassuring. I don't have any complaints so far about the vehicle repair or the service I received. But the text system isn't accurate at all - I don't know what triggers the texts but that should be adjusted to reflect actual information.
