I'm not giving a 10 only because of the long delays. I did initial estimate as customer but when we decided to put a claim in I had to wait 5 weeks for the next available appt. When they did the next estimate (Aug 11), it was then almost another 5 weeks (Sept 15) to start the work. I didn't get the car back until 10/1.
