We couldn't be happier with the professionalism and quality of work done on our F350 Diesel! They even gave us an option to change the color of our stickers on the rear fenders to purple for the Ravens.

I would absolutely not recommend this business to my friends and family, let alone my worst enemy. The lot is too small, vehicles are parked to close on the lot, additional damage is done to your vehicle during repair process from other vehicles and employees. Racist conversations in the lobby made me extremely uncomfortable.

Due to damage to liner done by Collison's my lifetime warranty was voided. Work was extremely messy and inconsistent. Pregnant receptionist with the mustache, owner and manager were all very rude and kept talking over me. Attempted to intimidate my assistant when she called. I do have pictures to provide of the inconsistent repair work that are time stamped and dated.

Customer service was extremely unprofessional. Was told by the owner that he didn't have time to sit on the phone. Proof of calls and photos are available of inconsistent work and update requests. Lack of attention to detail is proven as they've misspelled my name for this survey.
