This would have been a 10 but I had to initiate calls to get updates on my vehicle and instead of doing the assessment and ordering parts before my scheduled appointment would have saved me a week because my car was drivable and I went over by one day on what my insurance covered. They were overconfident (and it was well known that parts are difficult to get during the pandemic) that all parts would be in and it took about a week to get one of the parts and luckily the painter discovered a damage not anticipated in the initial (which I'm sure is pretty common) but I don't want this to explain away the week we could have saved if the inspection was done before the appointment and parts ordered because I believe it was the hood that took a week to acquire. You still got an eight!!
