You didn't put that piece on that blocks road noise and keeps water out. It was not there when vehicle was dropped off.

My jeep was rear ended and needed some under carriage work and a new back door. Also a new rim that was not easy to find! They communicated extremely well, I didn’t! So sorry. But the customer service was Amazing and a great turn around!!

I am satisfied, however I was originally given a completion date of December 23, which was not met, but my only complaint is that I always had to contact the office to get revised dates, not that it took longer. I would been fine with a text informing me of the date sliding. Just some communication would have been nice.
