Faulkner estimated a longer lead time but the work was done in 1/2 the time: It was for body work to the lift gate. The clean up on the exterior was fine. However whoever went the extra step to vacuum the interior forgot to put the passenger side carpet matts back in the vehicle so waiting to receive my matts- if found, hopefully - I want my belongings back.

MVA repairs: The rear driving lights do not light up, safety issue. Don’t want any more accidents. The service tech on repair was kind to vacuum the interior - however 2 passenger side matts were missing. Faulkner collision is replacing the matts. Nothing that can’t be repaired - not a big deal, just added inconvenience. Staff is professional and courteous.
