I waited 1 1/2 hr to pick up my car when I was told the car was ready the day before. It would have been better if the front desk person was honest with me. I was not told to bring cash since they don't accept credit cards. I am told when I arrived.There was still a broken part that didn't get fixed. I am told the day of the pick up after I returned my rental car. Customer service needs to improve.
