Was happy with the quality of work that they did. I was amazed to see all the work was detailed to the second. Was it necessary to charge 15 min. To disconnect the battery terminals??

Only beef was not being asked if I wanted the rear view mirror shipped at a faster time frame to limit the daily car rental daily fee. We all know that we need to make a profit, but you also know that a $5100 bill to fix the car gives the right for the insurance company to raise my rates considerably.
