I had a Excellent experience with the collision shop. The staff was remarkable! I dealt mostly with Brian and he was fantastic. I love the fact that Enterprises rental car came to meet me so I did not have to have special arrangements. I also was very impressed with the text messages I got from ferman telling me the status updates of my repair service. I would highly recommend firm and Mazda collision shop for anyone there I would need to refer . I would definitely give this whole experience A 10 star rating.

Joe was outstanding. I bought a new bmw m4 from Ferman BMW last year. Thanks to a recent parking lot encounter, my new vehicle had some unsightly damage to the bumper. I came in for an estimate Tuesday. Itâs Friday, my vehicle is repaired, and Joe coordinated with BMW to arrange for my 10k service so I could avoid multiple trips. In the brief time I dealt with him, he was a consummate professional and outstanding customer service provider. In fact, the fact that our encounter was so brief really serves as testament to his outstanding work. I could not be more satisfied.
