They missed a part of the damage on the molding of the passenger door.

No one communicated to me that updates on the vehicle status were every tues and thurs. I dropped the car off on Monday morning 7:30am before my contact was there. I hadn't heard anything by 4:30pm that day and called.

Estimated 5 days took 15 days.. no communication at all if I hadn't called my car would probably still be there. Cost me a rental car for extra days. Also left with a nail in my tire. Very disappointed and frustrated.
