Fine work on tailgate. No so good on driver aide scratch. Tech added a scratch

Had some scratches painted on tailgate. That work turned out fine. I also had a small scratch near driver door. I was told that it could be worked out to about 70% better. When I picked up truck, scratch was same with a new scratch next to it. Now I have to return to get those removed.
