I was extremely pleased with the work that was done on my 2014 Toyota Corolla The. Professionalswho worked on my car went above and beyond and I’m thrilled. I bought the car used in 2021. Tyler did a great job coordinating the repairs on my car with the insurance company. The body work was exceptional. Ferman Collision even surprised me with a total auto detail. My SUV looked like a brand new car!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received throughout the entire process of my car repair. Not only did it take three months to complete the repair, but I was constantly given unclear and inconsistent updates about the status of my vehicle. Tyler assured me that my car would be detailed, yet when it was dropped off, it was embarrassingly dirty. As a single mother with limited time, I should not have to rearrange my schedule to bring the car back for something that should have been done correctly from the start. On top of that, the alignment is significantly off. I am genuinely concerned about how this vehicle passed service at BMW given the condition it was returned in. This is a major safety issue, especially considering I drive with my two‑year‑old child.
