My repair was competed in one day which was great, however the new molding that was installed on my truck fell off within one day. The woman I spoke to at the website said that GM sent it with self adhesive tape that isn’t very strong and they figured it might fall Off and if it did they would re-attach it with their own adhesive. It’s fristratiing that I have to come back again to get it repaired when it should have been done correctly the first time.

The car looks fantastic I took the car to Fetzner because I’ve known some of the Fetzner boys since I was 10 years old and it was an honest hard-working family as I was growing up. I used to work with Jimmy in a little restaurant when I was a teenager(Cliffs’milk bar) and the work ethic carried over to their business and I knew that it would be done right and honestly. That’s why their business has been around for so many years thank you the car looks great

The job was very thorough and detailed, it was a very well blended and with experience my self TRYING to match silver paint and failing I was very pleased to see what a great job you did blending and pulling the dents. I hope others can see the quality in work you all do

Have issue with severe rattling in both exhaust mounts, seems like rubber bushings may have not been installed on both sides. Will return to Fetzner tomorrow to address.
