The work done on my car was great. They kept in contact with me the entire process and helps me be aware of the progress of my car throughout the entire repair process. When I picked up my car it looked better than ever. They had even vacuumed the inside and cleaned my car mats. They made me excited to drive my car again. I would highly recommend service and would definitely go here again if needed. I am so glad this is where my insurance company recommended because they worked extremely closely with my insurance and the rental car company to make sure my experience was nothing but easy and smooth. I am thankful and very appreciative of the high quality of service that I received here!

Franklin and my Geico rep Christopher made the repair process easy to understand and answered all of my questions. Both are very knowledgeable and great at what they do. The repair was perfect and done in a reasonable amount of time. Fetzner is awesome and will be highly recommended in the future.

You guys are wonderful. Normally there is nothing good about being in an accident but Fetzner could not have made the experience any easier.
