I was disappointed that the car is not cleaned on the inside. Both Mac and Nulook collision returned my car in the past fully cleaned and even carpets done. I instead found everything from my glove compartment dumped on my front seat. I also asked for an estimate on the passenger side of my vehicle to be fixed and no one returned my call. No one called me on when my car would be done i had to call to get an update. In the future if I ever need work done I would choose a place that has better customer service and gives a little extra to satisy its customers.
