The only complaint I have is my switch board for my door was broken and there is some black tacky stuff on it to hold it to the door panel.? It wasn't like that before. Also they were suppose to remove a sticker from the passengers door and did not. Other than that they did a good job.

As promissed, the vehicle repair was completed on schedule and ready for pick up. Cost effective repair options were offered that didn't compromise the looks of the truck but were able to save some money. Great job Fetzner Collision!

I really appreciated all the time Joe spent explaining the repair process and all the possible issues that might arise. This information was valuable because some of the issues did come up in repair and I was able to make an informed decision. The repair took a little longer than expected because the parts did not fit properly and needed to be reordered. It felt like Fetzner's were treating my Audi like it was their vehicle. Great job!!
