I have worked with Fetzers before and they were always great. Not this time.

Took too long to fix my car and put the wrong Toyota emblem on my car. I want it to be corrected and they said to call Toyota. Gave me some story about how my car came from the factory with the wrong Emblem and it should be blue and that is what they put on. Blue is for Hybrids and I don't have a hybrid. I want the original silver and black one put on. You need to fix this for me. My car should have been fixed with the exact parts that needed to be replaced.

I was very satisfied. The only disappointment was 3 years ago Fetzner did my old car. When I picked it up the inside of the car was detailed. They said that’s what they do. This time the car was not really detailed inside. Was disappointed
