If someone asked about needing an auto body repair shop, I would recommend Findlay. However, that is unlikely to happpen.

Contact via telephone was terrible. Calls would go to voicemail but then the message was say that the voicemail could not accept messages. It would take anywhere from 4 to 10 calls a day before someone would be there who could answer the phone and answer questions. When I was able to talk to somebody, my questions were answered, and I had no issues with the conversations. It was just being able to get a hold of anybody over a period of several days to find out the status..
