I didn’t feel like I was proactively kept up to date on the status. I kept having to call in, even when the repair time was going to go beyond the estimate. More proactive communication would have made for a better experience.

I want to thank finishing touch auto body for patiently waiting with a difficult insurance company. They did a wonderful job on the cosmetic damages that were done to my vehicle. I’ve noticed some chugging however it sat for two months waiting for repair. I’ve only driven 30 miles, and if it doesn’t stop I’ll take it the dealership as I still have an active warranty. Thank you for patiently awaiting a difficult situation and for restoring my car back to its original beauty!
