They did a good job on the repair but the issue is with communication. I was not informed of when my truck would be ready nor was I informed there was a delay in getting parts for the repair. They do good work just wished they communicated better.

Very good customer service. My questions were all answered and they also applied an aftermarket decal to my truck at no cost due to the delay. They have a very knowledgeable and friendly team.

I did not get a trailer hitch put on my vehicle because the parts were no longer made. I need to take my car in to another shop to get an estimate on when the claim for adding a trailer hitch

I never recieved a phone call to update me on the estimate or process of my car when it was being worked on. We had to call to get updates. When I picked up my car and noticed my windshield was cracked I was told they did not do it however it was not cracked when I brought it in the month prior. I was told the windshield would be replaced 2 days later and it took 6 days and no phone call I had to call once again to ask if my car was done
