The repairs took a very long time and the date kept changing. When the car came out - fender was coming unglued. The service person just pressed it back and said it should hold. Looks a little sketchy to me - hope it doesn’t come undone again . Also the lady at customer service has a bad attitude. I got a message that they car is ready, I called and asked when I can pick up my car, she was very rude, raised her voice and told me that they will let me know when the car would be ready , without realizing that they actually called me to schedule a pick up. Maybe some training on how to talk to customers would be helpful.

Everything was straight forward the woman in the office who managed to explain the process was fantastic I wish I remembered her name. She was worth 1 million bucks in this process. First Choice auto body repair did a great job. The office people were very helpful as I said just glad I picked the right place with the right insurance.
