They sent me a text message Thursday saying my car could be done Friday. I stopped by on Monday to pick it up and they said it wouldn't be finished until Monday afternoon. They need better organizational skills.

I am pretty sure this survey was sent to me in error…all you have to do is ask Anthony. I believe something must have changed with the management at First Choice because my last experience was fundamentally different. Based upon this experience I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

On January 21, 2025 my car was sideswiped while parked in lot. After contacting the insurance company for the person that hit me they recommended first choice collision since they were affiliated with them. I was hesitant at first to use them cause I wasn’t familiar with them. I went to get an estimate at another collision center, and then ultimately decided to go with first choice since they could immediately take my car in for service. I have to say that I was treated with much respect professionalism, and even had a rental car dropped off right at the premises where I had to go. Everything was done with such ease and stress fee situation. My car was given back to me in a week I was very satisfied with the services and all I can say is, I’m glad I made the choice to stay with them. They were top notch.!

As I said before in my previous feedback, first Choice collision was the best choice we made to get our cars fixed. Our second car got fixed again with precision great quality work and it came back looking brand new. Not to say that I don’t wanna go back to them for repairs because this was again some body damage that happened due to the blizzard ice, but God forbid we get in an accident of any kind or damage we incur on the car‘s body, we will definitely be going back to first choice for our repair needs.
