The rear tire, located at the impact's epicenter, exhibited a tread gash and sidewall scarring. This damage was overlooked during the initial inspection and subsequent month of repairs. I identified the issue prior to taking possession of the vehicle; however, a replacement could not be secured before the rental period concluded. Consequently, Richard committed to issuing a reimbursement check to cover the cost of a new tire. My current concern pertains to the adequacy of this reimbursement, given the considerable expense associated with Grappler tires.
