At times I was contacted. Other times my husband would have to call or go by himself. The vehicle, even though released to me, is not 100% complete due to shipping delays on a particular part.

I am a college student and only come home once a month to work. The weekend I was coming home, my car was planned to be ready so I called and checked on it and it thankfully was done that Friday! I thought I had checked everything "electrical" on the passenger side that had been fixed but to my surprise, an hour after they had closed, I did not. I called and left first collision a voicemail about the issue that evening. Next week came along and I called to check in on the status of what we could do since I wouldn't be back for another month. They were very understanding and said to just call when I knew I was coming home and to bring it in first thing in the morning so I would hopefully have it back the same day after they "spent some time with it." I dropped off my car just after they opened and sure enough, they finished that day! When he called me to let me know it was finished and ready for pick up, he said "give us about 20 more minutes before you head over here though. We're going to wash it as an apology for you having to bring it back in first place." This company has helped both my mom and I now, and I was extremely grateful for how understanding they were about my schedule and willing to work me into whichever weekend worked best for me! Will definitely recommend them to anyone in the future!
