They never got in touch. I had to call to get communication. I also was said when I brought the car in that they had everything to start working and yet I brought my car on a Monday and I only got it back on the following Monday that’s is 8 days. It force me to get a rental and spend when it could had been avoid if I had it for less time.

Mitchell did the estimate and it was very accurate; no changes had to be made to it later. His estimate on timing was right on the mark. Did not expect the vehicle to be totally cleaned at pickup but it was detailed perfect. Very impressed with First Collision.

1st Collision provided a very professional experience. And did an absolutely fantastic job on Rita's car. I need to clarify that to you all. I have a 2020 Hyuandai as well. Hopefully she nor I will ever have to use a paint and body shop again but if we do it will definitely be y'all. Thanks for reinstalling the Small Business American Way in me again. I had almost forgotten what that means.

They did an excellent job in my car repairs after another driver hit my car. I was so pleasantly surprised at how great my car looked and drove when I got it back! They even vacuumed it out for me and washed it before returning it to me. I highly recommend First Collision to all!!!
