First Collision is a amazing body shop. I will refer anyone I know to them. They do quality work and very nice to work with them. Richard is very professional and honest. He kept me updated frequently on the update of my vechicle. I am pleased with my repairs and would highly recommend this body shop! I'm glad my dad referred me to him.

At first glance I was pleased. After I got home and really looked my car over I discovered they changed my driver side window without my permission and the window wasn't even broken!! Now I have a used non GM Window and now there is no factory tint as the Passenger side window!! Now I want my original window re- installed as it should be as well as my rain guard. I am now truly P O'd. I will contact them tomorrow with their Problem!!

I am still waiting on my driver side window and my rain guard shields to be installed. The window was broken by first collision and replaced with an after market generic window with telling me they broke and changed the window. Richard is supposed to call me.
