They didn't order a part that needed to be ordered. I'm assuming they either tried to fix it or didn't think it was a big deal, but it was. The clean up job was poorly done, had to have it redone and still not great. Then to too it all off they "forget" to replace my SS emblem. In my opinion, unacceptable!
