It was easy to drop off my car and they called Enterprise for me to arrange a ride. I was kept in the loop for what was happening with my car and they interfaced completely with State Farm so the only thing I had to do was pay my deductible. Very easy and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Highly recommend

I rate an 8 because I was told I would be contacted with the price of the of the opposite headlight so that the 2 would look equal, however I didnt receive that call so the work was not done and now there is different color lights. Also I enjoyed the date updates on when the vehicle would be complete, however the day before the vehicle was complete I received a text saying March 30th, which was 5 days away and I had to rearrange plans to get back because the finished car could only be held for 24 hours.

Excellent customer service, loved dealing with the owner & office staff, and it was done quicker than expected. I even got a call back after hours. I left a vm about possibly leaving a bag in the rental I’d just dropped off, and the owner called me right back, and checked for me while I was on the phone. :)
