Hello, Thank you for following up. The communication was very smooth and friendly during the whole transaction. I do have two concerns- the first concern is the glass shards in the cup holder and in random places in the front area. I was anticipating that the glass from the windshield would have been vacuumed out as part of the repair. I was super disappointed that I cut myself and got a few glass pieces unexpectedly in my fingers. My other concern is that the replacement sunroof opens and works fine, but the old sunroof would work as a dual functioninng roof. It would completely open or you could close it and have the back tilt open while it was still in the closed position. The new roof doesn't have the tilt function. I am okay with it the way it is, but I just thought it would be replaced with the same part that was originally in the vehicle and felt that this was worth mentioning. Thank you.

We were very satisfied with how our 2016 Ford Edge body work turned out . We’ve had a few mechanical problems since getting our Edge back but Fisco has been very professional about resolving those issues and taking care of the repairs. Mike and Heidi we’re always very pleasant to work with .
