Excellent communication and delivered a couple days early. Wish they repaired the two small dings in the tailgate but not part of the damage from the tree.

I called my insurance agent, and told her that the wheel still has a rhythmic grid, or more of a chirping sound. I didn't notice it until I was at a drive through with the window open. Also, the wheel still has a wobble while driving. It's improved, but it's still an unresolved issue.

I had a very positive experience with Fitzgerald Collision, and I especially want to recognize Alyssa for the outstanding customer service she provided throughout the entire process. From the beginning, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. There was never a moment where I felt unsure about what was happening with my vehicle because she maintained consistent communication and kept me informed every step of the way. What I appreciated most was how upfront and transparent Alyssa was. She took the time to explain things clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood the process. That level of honesty and attentiveness goes a long way when dealing with vehicle repairs, which can sometimes be stressful. She also worked hard to help me secure very reasonable pricing, which I truly appreciated. It was clear she was looking out for my best interest and wanted to make sure I was taken care of.
