Customer service was literally the best I have Ever dealt with. They were friendly, courteous and very helpful. They kept me informed along the way and communication was top notch, very impressed with the communication piece. They made the entire process absolutely stress-free and very easy my car was ready on the exact day and time when they said it would be which is amazing and makes customers lives so much easier. The repair work on the front right quarter panel was excellent however I felt the repair on the front right portion of the bumper was subpar giving the fact that there were paint defects After the repair that should have been corrected in my opinion

Everyone at Fitzgerald was so nice and very helpful. They made the experience so easy and literally no stress. That I give a 10 out of 10. They did a good job on the bumper repair and quarter- panel. They did a fantastic job on the quarter Panel. However, there are air bubbles throughout the bumper we here they repaired snd should have been buffed our or fixed and we’re not.
