Fitzgerald Collision Center is a full service, direct repair facility for several major insurance companies. We work with all makes and model vehicles and accept work from all insurance companies. Our technicians have been auto manufacturer trained and ICAR certified. PPG paint products are used at our facility. We offer free estimates. We created the FitzWay philosophy by listening to our customer’s comments over the years, both good and bad. We have taken those messages and requests and incorporated them into every aspect of our business and call it the “FitzWay”, our unique way of doing business…from our handling of customer phone calls to showroom visits to servicing vehicles to handling a customer’s questions and requests. We have also developed programs to help protect our environment including recycling and innovative energy-saving practices. This is the second time I brought a vehicle to them to get my car fixed. The customer service, the updates the the process of repair, and the attention to detail has definitely given a place I can trust to fix my car. I was impressed with how frequently they communicate communicated with me to let me know the status of my vehicle. I was extremely happy with how they cleaned my vehicle before returning it to me. They even made sure the air pressure in my tires was taken care of. Highly recommend this place 10 out of 10.
